Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of luxury residential villa projects
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budget
- Coordinate across teams for site execution, vendor management, and client updates
- Ensure compliance with building codes and local regulations
- Monitor project risk, resolve on-site issues, and ensure safety protocols
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- BSc/BE Civil Engineering (MS in Construction Management preferred)
- PMP or equivalent project management certification (preferred)
- 10–15 years of experience in construction project management
- Minimum 5–7 years in a senior leadership role specifically in Residential/Designer Villas
- Proficient in project management tools like Primavera P6, AutoCAD, MS Project
- Strong leadership, communication, and contract administration skills
- Deep understanding of construction methods, design aesthetics, and client expectations in high-end villa construction

Pay: Rs175,000.00 – Rs225,000.00 per month
